There are two default groups Global Viewers and Global Admins. If these are the only two options available and they don’t meet your needs, cancel adding the user and go to User Groups. (Go below to see how to create a new group)

Under User Groups click on the button + New Group

Enter the name of the new user group.

Click on the link + NEW ACCESS RULES

Select the lens and how much of the costs the user will see. Finally select the role, which determines which modules the user will have access to when using Yotascale.
