Accrual vs Cash

The main difference between accrual and cash basis accounting lies in the timing of when revenue and expenses are recognized. With Cash, the cost will be recognized the day it’s received, and with Accrual the cost will be averaged over the month.

To switch between the two accounting methods, move the toggle button.
